There is no storefront so visits are by appointment only, or we can deliver.

Delivery
Delivery is quoted on time/distance of a round trip (there and back), plus loading time, and is subject to availability.
The formula is $50 + $2 per km from Mount Nellinda Road, for each trip.
Some approximate rates for delivery AND pickup again are:
Cooranbong, Dora Creek, Martinsville (~8km) = $132
Mandalong, Morisset, Brunkerville (~18km) = $172

A drivers license is required for id purposes.
The full hire fee plus a $100 security deposit is required before taking equipment.
On return other charges (eg. fuel or cleaning) are subtracted, and thereafter the balance (if any) of your deposit will be refunded.
We accept bank transfer and PayID fee-free. EFTPOS, credit card, ApplePay, and GooglePay, incur a 1.6% transaction fee.

We are fully insured for dry hire.
The hirer must have any applicable professional/business insurance for any work performed with our equipment, and comprehensive vehicle insurance if transporting our equipment.

We do not operate a traditional store front, so pick-up and visits are by appointment only.
We do operate 7 days a week including public holidays and can generally available from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm (by appointment only)
